Join the Dorset EYP Network

If you are an EYP or EYP candidate working in Dorset (or intending to work in Dorset ), then Dorset's Early Years and Childcare Service run a thriving network of EYPs all committed to sharing ideas and accessing training to continue their development and improve their practice. Here's just one of the positive remarks we've had on the effectiveness of the network: ?These meetings are crucial to improving quality and practice within settings. Having a forum to discuss ideas, share problems and learn about new initiatives/training has enabled me to take ideas back to the setting and make improvements to practice. I feel these meetings are so important to all EYPs. Not only can they help us to improve quality in our own settings but have far reaching effects when we discuss and share knowledge, ideas and training with other settings in our area that do not have EYPs, so they benefit also?. Bournemouth and Poole also run a network, and Dorset works in partnership with them to offer EYP Development Days.
